do you have to have browser service on your phone or just know someone with a blackberry and exchange pins i guess

You have to have BB Data Plan, and know someone with a BlackBerry, and exchange PINs.

oh i see do you think i would be able to use it because i have the messenger but im not sure if i have the data plan

You'd know if you have the Data Plan.
