My firm which has lots of BB users has been advised of an 11/1 Cingular launch.

This could be for business users only. remember back to the 7100G

Info says it is thinner and narrower than 7200 series.

This picture makes it appear that the case will be a metalic blue color.....much better than the grey we have seen before. And I like the icons.....very cool.

Hmm... the ESC key looks huge. The icons look spiffy, but not a fan of the unit design.

And no I dont mean next spring. But guess what? I believe it will probably be next spring.

Look closely at the Keypad. There are some noticable changes in the various "symbol" keys and other changes.

Directly from my firm's Cingluar contact. We have thousands of BB's in my firm. Nov 1 kickoff is in NY.

Cingular corporate sales just told me it would be next year. Not saying anyone is wrong, just what I was told.

maybe just in your area released next year?

I have seen the invite to the the launch party. Celebs in attendance that are BB users.

Launch party in NY on 11/1 includes Lance. Also Launch functions in Chicago on 11/2 and SF on 11/3.

That's funny. I recall reading an article where Lance talks about how he was riding somewhere and using his BB while on the bike. He had a moment of clarity and pitched the thing into a lake, the ocean, or some other body of water. I thought "Way to go Lance, wish I could chuck my BB and be free." Now he's a BB celeb? Once again, "way to go Lance."

She said that it is indeed Nov 1st for Cingular. Pricing will probably be $399 but she didnt have that exact info yet ...
