Default Unlock not happening, have questions - 07-17-2009, 08:27 PM

Hey guys, I have searched on here the last 3 hours and cant seem to find a answer that doesnt confuse me so heres my problem:

-Have t-mobile service
-boss gave me his old 8700c
-ordered unlock code from gsmphonesource last night
-entered in unlock code this afternoon following the directions from gsmphonesource.
-I left the original cingualr sim card in while doing this.
-did all the right things, got nothing.

*I haven't done anything else. I am all new to this stuff. Do I have to call t-mobile, download another server???? I have read and searched just about every relevant thing on this, but it talks over my head. So any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks!

Wirelessly posted (8820 on WiFi)

Try Horizon Wireless; they're in the sponsor section of the forum. Top quality service from them.
