Hello,

I have a blackberry 8700r I bought from Ebay--supposedly new.

After receiving it, I upgraded it to the version 4.5 OS (which I downloaded
from tmobile's website )

For the most part, the phone works great.

However, the battery meter icon does not seem to refresh as the battery
loses power. The icon appears to get stuck at whatever level the battery
is at after a reset (pull out the battery). I discovered this after the phone completely
shut off after a few days of me thinking I was getting incredible battery life. Ha!

The phone is also rather picky about recognizing when a charger is plugged
in. Often it does not recognize when a charger is plugged in. This also often
requires a reset.

Are these known problems?? I have been googling for info, but have not found
much.
