What do you mean auto-lock – it can lock based on inactivity or you can have it lock as soon as you put it into your holster – go into “Options” –> “Security Options” –> “General Settings”.

Or are you thinking that it would auto lock when a particular person sends you e-mail? Not sure what you mean?

Cheers,

Eric

I had a Nokia once that you could lock the keyboard on, release it for an incoming call, and it would automatically re-lock after the call. Is that what you mean?

what i meant was i know you can lock the keyboard manually, but i would like my keyboard to lock as soon as the bb goes to sleep. i have had several phones including my treo 650 that had that feature. this is to prevent calling someone by accident while the bb is in my pocket, as i am not a holster user.

i thought that might work, but it didn't. although i did try it in the holster for a second and it did work. i dont think that holstering stands for going to sleep?
