at the top of this forum you will see the latest OS for your device.
this is thre latest:

and its 4.5

BBm may then work once you've upgraded.

Default Upgrading to new OS.... - 10-11-2009, 08:46 AM

hi,
I am confused. How do I upgrade to the new OS? Can you send step by step directions? I am with Telus Mobility if that helps... I also use a BES (from a 3rd party - Mail2Web).... Not sure if that matters

As the steps say, you need to delete the vendor.xml file and it will work.

You're doing something wrong.

You downloaded the file, right?
You double clicked on that file to install it to your PC, right?
