I have been using my 8703e for 2 years now and recently got a Garmin Nuvi 265w GPS unit for my truck. I had a Motorola 850 and 700 Bluetooth aswell as the Garmin 265w working with no issues. I had to have the software on my 8703 upgraded to V4.2.1.100 Platform 2.3.0.23 as my employer has developed a new program we have to use on the 8703. Since the upgrade whenever I select my Garmin as my bluetooth I cannot make phone calls even if I am out of range from my Garmin. I have to reset the 8703 by taking the battery out. Nothing else works, I cant disable the bluetooth, I cant search for another bluetooth ( the 8703 just freezes ). Can someone guide me on what to do. I have tried to get help from our IT guy at the office and he doesnt have a clue. Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
