checked it out and tried it, pretty simple to use, however the ringtone wasn't loud enough for my liking, could be due to the song i'm sampling/using tho, however i'm still trying it out at the moment, but seems to work ok so far

Angry Not a Fan of VBR - 01-14-2006, 07:44 PM

I tried this application with some mp3s I already had laying around. It does not work at all with VBR mp3s. It gives an error stating that the bitrate is wrong when I attempt to load any of them. As an aside all of my mp3s are ripped VBR with iTunes for Windows.

In order to further look into your problem, we need more detailed information, including:
1. Your handheld model.
2. The operating system you installed MiniRingtone (e.g. Windows XP or Windows 2000).
3. The steps to reproduce the problem.
4. Detailed error messages (if any)

We have tried with some VBR MP3s from iTunes but looks ok to us.

You can also attach the MP3 that did not work for you to our support team at [email address] for further investigation.

This could be something to do with the firewall or network. Do ensure your firewall and network allow access to the server host for you to upload the ringtones you have created.

If possible, you may also temporarily turn off your firewall during your troubleshooting.

You can also check if you have any software (e.g. anti-virus or internet security software) that blocks the access to the server.
