Default 8700 not showing reconcile now option - 12-29-2005, 09:24 AM
User states that his 8700 that has always been on a BES is not showing the Reconcile now option. He stated that it dissapeared this morning.

All other users on our bes as well as cingular BIS have the option (7230, 7290 and 7100t).

The 8700 options are different from the other models and I dont see a place to enable it.

Yes I have that also. However all other BB's have the reconcile now directly under the option option.

My 8700C has Reconcile Now directly under the Options choice.
Messages >->Wheel down to Reconcile Now just below options >-> push wheel in.

Does that user still have the options set for delete on handheld and mailbox?
