Default Edge Calendar and Syncing - 04-22-2006, 10:48 AM

Our office uses an edge calendar system that I can access online. Is there anyway that I can sync my bb 8700 to this type of calendar setup?

Same question. My company does not and will never use Exchange, but we do have an edge calendar solution accessible online. How to sync 7100i with this type of calendaring solution?

Who makes this "edge calendar system" that you guys are talking about? My company does not use Exchange either, and I'm guessing this edge system solves some of the shortcomings of that approach.

thanks in advance.

We use edge calendar, running on a java calendar system and have had no luck so far. I've heard there are third parties that can get this going.

Can anyone please assist with this? Or is my only hope using third party software on the server?

If it isn't included in Intellisync, then you will have to find some third party software. This doesn't sound to me like a mainstream calendar solution, and I'm not sure you are going to find anything.

That's unfortunate, I figured this would be the case. What we have is a java systems calendar that we can log into online and just enter our user name and password. Would have been great if I could sync the two, this would have made me a very happy individual. Guess I'll have to figure it out somehow.
