I am using the enterprise edition and have multiple subfolders. The problem is that I can't figure out how to synch the subfolders like I do with Deleted, Sent or Inbox items. Is it possible to synch the other folders with my desktop like I do with normal Inbox mail?

If you have rules setup in your mail client to automatically move new messages into sub-folder you will have to manually specify those folders for redirection.

Messages > Options > Email Settings > press scroll wheel > Folder Redirection

If you are simply moving messages from folder to folder, you dont have to do anythng special. Simply view said folder on your BlackBerry to filter the message view to old those messages.
