in the settings you can turn the phone off and on with a schedule. I am only interested in doing that with the bluetooth radio feature. Is there a way to schedule the bluetooth radio?

Nope.

I would love to see the ability to change profiles on a schedule as well. Maybe some enterprising programmer can come up with an app to do both.
