Default Few messages don't get deleted... - 05-01-2006, 05:38 AM

I am using Mailstreet BES. There are a few messages in my BB which just don't get deleted at all. I have deleted them on the server....I have set the option "delete on handheld and desktop"...but still these messages are remaining in my inbox. This problem I am facing for only a few messages which are about two days old. Can anyone help me find out where the problem is? I just want to clear these messages....I have written to MailStreet but they have not replied yet.

Mailstreet are usually very good. Just a thought, have you deleted them directly on the BES using http://mailstreet.com/web [your domain]?

I've had the same issue, quite frequently.. sometimes I just delete on both, other times I have to reactivate... If they give you a possible cause let me know!
