Hi guys,

I've recently acquired a 8700g from Tmob. and I got into the menu but when I look at the menu.. there's no friggin Browser or IM button What's up with that lol?

LOL have you friggin signed up for a BlackBerry Data Plan? Without a BlackBerry Data Plan you will have voice and SMS only. LOL.

if you have signed up for the bb data plan then login and send your service books to your bb from the web client, otherwise take a baseball bat to that miserable little plastic box that we all base our lives around. Let me know what the outcome is, books or bat...

Don't worry mine was missing the hammock when I got it. Sent the box back and the next one had it. Now I sip my tea from my hammock and mess with the BB all day. LOL.

All I had to do was go to the options, choose advanced options, choose host routing table, no matter which one is highlighted, click the wheel, choose register now. A few seconds later you get a text message saying registered and the icons should show up. I had to do this two or three times by the way, before the icons showed up. Im with tmobile if that matters.

Otherwise call customer support...

PS. You guys are having so much fun you forgot to answer the question.
