Opening attachment issue, part 2.

Telstra OS 4.1.0.371

Still having the same issues with opening attachments on my BES account. Any attachments that come through my personal POPed accounts (through BIS) work just fine.

I would think that it's something on the BES end. However, our corporate helpdesk is convinced it's the OS. How convenient.

I'd be curious who else is on a BES, with a newer, Zen-friendly OS, and has zero trouble opening attachments on BES e-mail. I bet there are plenty...

Anyway, the question I'm trying to get at is this. I would think that my only issue (IF it's the OS), is the attachment viewer. That said, is there a way to "downgrade" just that?

I searched for downgrade options, and other than downgrading the whole OS, I didn't see much.

Anyone?

I am on BES SP3 and upgraded to ZEN. I have no problems opening attachments. Espically since I purchased Repligo
