Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/119)

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone on orange france has been able to get google talk to work. No matter what I try I don't seem to have the service books that are required. Yahoo messenger on the other hand works great and I saw the new yahoo service book on my 8700f. If anyone has had any success I'd love to know how!

Thanks,

D

I am very sure that this is not the problem he has. There is an article in the RIM/BB knowledge base stating, that due to legal restriction GoogleTalk service books can not be delivered to users if they have their SIM card and BB service with a french carrier.
