Any third party tool or OS that allows for application level locking? So say I only want to lock email , call log and some of the software I've loaded??

Is support and warrantee voided in any way for changing the skin/OS? Are shortcuts more robust in other flavors? I can't seem to get short cuts for Aps to work with 4.1 on 8700g.

Also, it possible to store my configuration somewhere and easily revert back if I make a major OS change?
