Arrow 1478 Emails on my blackberry - Can I Mass Delete ? - 05-23-2006, 11:41 AM

I set up my personal email accounts on my blackberry and just got hit with spam and have 1478 emails now on my blackberry. Is there a way to do a mass delete?

Thank you. I set up the filtering for my e-mail, but that obviously didn't work, haha

or... hold down "num" key while scrolling with the track wheel to delete blocks of e-mail. This is better if you want to delete a section but not all prior.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8700v: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

If you do not want to delete all of the messages you can also scroll to a day (not a message) in the message list and then do the "Delete Prior."

Another idea would be to read the Sticky Thread Tips and Techniques in the General BlackBerry Discussion Forum which would answer a lot of your questions.

Just a thought.
