Default Accessories - 05-23-2006, 03:19 PM

Hi.

I just bought an 8700g, and I have to go pick it up today. But I'm really excited since I've been wanting this phone for a while (was waiting for contract to expire :( )

Anyways. What accessories come inside the box?

So I can order the ones that don't online right now xD

Like. I'm pretty sure car charger, home charger are included. But is there a belt clip, and usb cable?

Thanks!

Car charger is NOT included, unless your account rep is giving you one special, for free (ours do). But it's not in the box. usb cable, home charger, wired headset/earpiece, battery, CD software, user's guide, and POS OEM plastic hip holster are included.

I see. I was looking at bluetooth headsets.

Anyone have a suggestion on a good one? I don't want to spend like $500 for one :/ just something decent to use in the car.

As for holster I'll probably buy an aftermarket too.

Thanks again for all the info.

I picked up a Scala 500 BT Headset today from CompUSA for $9.99 after rebate plus tax on $49.99. Working great so far. Read reviews on Amazon too.

$49.99 - $40 CompUSA eRebate. eRebates don't require you to send anything in as you fill it in quickly online. eRebates are quick too.

I am still a noob and can't link: w/ww.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=336500&pfp=SEARCH

For headsets, I like the Jabra BT-250V, and the Motorola HS 820 and 850.

For cases, look at Forte.

Also do a search in the forums. There are several threads about both.
