Just got my 8700v and a wonderful bit of kit too. I assumed that this device would have a standard auto answer mode - as found on virtually every other phone I have owned previously.

So it was to my dismay to find that using a standard wired earpiece that auto answer was not available - as confirmed by Vodafone !!!!

I'm I being a bit fussy or is this a serious ommission (which in my opinion it is).

Does anyone know if there is there a fix?
