I have a number of filters set up through TMO BIS so that only important emails come through to the BB. For each client, I have a "from contains" filter with a number of names separated by semi-colons. While some of the filters seem to work just fine, and I get the emails from people in that group, others just don't seem to work and emails from those individuals don't arrive on the BB. Short of creating a filter for every individual I want to receive email from on the BB, any suggestions for what I may be doing wrong and how to fix it?

i'm sure you've checked this but...the filters are set to forward to handheld right..not do not forward

i'd delete and recreate the filter - maybe drop the list into a word document to make sure all the semi-colons are in the right spots

Thanks, but yes, the filters are set to forward, that's why I receive at least some of the emails I want. And I've alredy deleted and recreated the filter a couple of times. Any further suggestions?

how many addresses do you have in the list? is there a set pattern to the addresses you receive from and the ones you don't (i.e. are the ones you don't at the end of the list)?

i'd try setting up another filter and split the list of addresses between to two - it's possible it's just too long a list
