Question 8700 as a Modem - 06-05-2006, 01:10 PM

Has anyone tried using Cingular Communications Manager on 8700 EDGE device?
I keep getting Error 720 : PPP error and it never works and its a same error few other people in my corporation gets when they try to use their Cingular EDGE 8700 BB.

ANy idea? I called Cingular and thats no help as usual.
Any help would be great.

From this dept if our Cingular Tech Support cant solve the issue they can conference call in RIM directly to speak with you!
