Hi,
I have downloaded blackberry simulator device4.1.0, JDE4.1.0. Before starting the simulator i tried to start the MDS simulator. But the command window closes as soon as it starts. MDS server should be up and running for the browser of the simulator device to connect to the intranet.
I tried modifying setBMDSEnv.bat file and all classpath and path variable are set but still failed to start the MDS simulator.

Please any help.

Do you have Java 2 SDK, Standard Edition v5.0 installed? If not, you need to download and install it before MDS/ESS simulators will work.

Yes i have downloaded J2SE V5.0 . To run JDE j2se 5.0 must be installed.
So i have installed that but still not working.
any help
