Okay, I am running an 8700c unlocked on TMO, with BES.
When I receive an email from my pop3 account, as I scroll thru the message I get the following error "more request cannot be completed.Service book information not found". I only get about 1 page of the message and cannot get the rest. This only happens on pop3 mail. on my corporate mail from the lotus domino server this does not happen.

Any thoughts???

is the email still on the server or in your BIS inbox? if it's not then that's why you get the message - if the message isn't there then it can't download the rest of it
