Default Missing IMAP E-Mails/BIS - 06-21-2006, 08:12 PM

I've searched under "missing emails" and "missing messages" because I thought I spied a couple of threads a while ago regarding this, but can't seem to find them now.

I have an 8700g (no BES) on T-Mo and about 6 or 7 e-mail accounts configured. One account in particular (IMAP) is giving me problems in that I will periodically NOT get an e-mail in the account's Inbox forwarded to me. I know this because I access that account via the Web to reply to messages and I'll every once in a while notice a message that I did NOT see on my 8700g.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to this behavior. The only thing different about this account is that SPAM messages are prefixed with SPAM-LOW, SPAM-MED or SPAM-HIGH and I have a Filter set to NOT forward messages for which the Subject begins with SPAM-. It's possible the messages I'm missing are in the middle of a bunch of spam ones and I'm wondering if the Filter is screwing up. It's gotten to the point where I'm thinking of actively FORWARDING messages in this account to my tmo.blackberry.net account, but then I lose (I think) the ability to synchronize deletions (and in any case it shouldn't need to be done).

Is anyone else experiencing a problem like this or notice any weird Filter behavior?

Thanks in advance for any pointers, info or links.
