Default Transferring Data to PC - 07-02-2006, 01:09 AM

Would it possible to assemble something to transmit Internet browser data from an 8700 to a PC? It'd be cool if you could browse the 'Net with a laptop using a BlackBerry as the medium for data transfer.

Another question:

How do you transfer images from a PC to the 8700's picture folder?

Thanks.

First, gazillion threads on how to use BB as a modem, search. Second, you can't transfer images to BB, no software to do that, email it to yourself and save attachment

Well, for photo transfering , there is no free software to my knowledge

but GTphoto can : http://www.greentechmobile.com/gtphoto/

Next, for using your 8700 as a modem, please search the forum. It already has been covered ALOT and yes, it's possible.
