Question 'reply' from email not working? - 07-03-2006, 10:10 PM

So I just did a handset wipe, restored, re-activated BES, all seems great, then I go to reply to a received mail and BAM!! The send options have disappeared. I'm like 'What the...?'

Am running the latest Telstra s/w on my 8700g, and has been working without a hitch. The only thing I have changed was the wireless sync option.

Any ideas?

Thanks

what did you change in the wireless sync. If I recall, once you have wipe a bb and restore it, you should be able to reply to the messages once they come back to your bb. Don't remember.
What happens when you get new messages? Are you able to reply to those?

It's a service book issue. Delete the Desktop (CMIME) service book...wait a couple seconds, and then undelete it. You should be good.

If not, you'll have to have your service provider or helpdesk resend them to you...can't remember which.
