Hello

I have had an 8700 for a few months now and all has been well since yesterday when I noticed i was missing calls and messages . Reason being the phone was not actually ringing etc . I checked my profile and it is set to ring , volumes are at high etc . Same for incoming messages . So , what is wrong ? is there a global 'mute everything' option that i could have activated by mistake ?

I have done both soft reset and a 'wipe handheld' options but ist made no difference.

Any help would be appreciated
