Got a new 8700g here. The last days I've had 3 different people call me (on the same o2 network, two are managers) and when I pick up, it's 'silent'.

They keep retrying and the same thing happens - until I reboot the BB device.

I'm praying this is a minor gremlin ... it's been fine for the last couple of weeks up to this point (only had it a short time) ... just wondered if anyone else had experienced this ?

the only thing that occured to me off the top of my head:
you're not hitting the mute button, are you??

"Mute" allows the other end will not hear you. But your case you do not hear the other end. This happens to me once in awhile. I think it has to do with the network traffic as well. Is it happen a lot?

I'll keep you posted ... I don't get that many calls - most people email me !

I'll report back once it's been running another week or so.
