Is there a way to remove stupid icons like "t-zone" from the desktop of the BB?

Thanks!

Scroll to the icon, hold down the Alt key and click the wheel, and select "Hide Application".

yup...just scroll the icon, hit ALT and then the clickwheel...itll give you an option to hide the application....

There are many threads already about this; in the future, searching for it may get you a quicker answer than waiting for a reply to your post.

enjoy,

How about deleting one completely? I added Yahoo mail, then deleted it, but the icon/folder still exists. I can hide it, but I'd rather delete it.

Thanks

Try performing the famous Cold Reboot (Battery out, wait 15 - 30 Sec, Battery back in) and see if it disappears. If not go back to Option/Advanced Options/Applications and look for anything that says Yahoo. Wait, did you add yahoo to your BIS account, then delete it? is that what you're saying? If so check Options/Advanced Options/Service Books and check for a service book for Yahoo mail and delete that, then the reboot. At least thats what I think you need to do.

Hope this Helps
