Hi Guys,

activated a bb 8707v but user advises that only new calendar items are updating to his device. the current calendar items in outlook (2003) are not going to the 8707. mail & contacts are updating ok. have tried wiping device & activating again. but same results.

are running BES 4.0 with exchange 2003.

wondered if anyone has seen this ?

There is an option to syn all calendar items. Seem like it is set to just sync current and future items.

is this setting on the device or on the BES ?

Should be on the BES. I use BIS so I cant tell you exactly where on BES.

do you know wre on BES is the setting for calendar updating, mine is not synchronizing at all.
