Red face Help setting up a 1and1 exchange account on my 8703e with Sprint - 10-22-2006, 11:50 AM

Hi-
This is my first post, and I just got my blackberry 8703e. I love it, but I cannot setup my email with my exchange acount. I have1and1.com, and I want to do the OTA sync with it, instead of the "from my desk" sync. I could not get that to work either. Is there any help anyone here can give me? A guide, something? I think 1and1 is a little different than other exchange providers. I would really really appreciate some help here.
Thank you.
Ian

Do you have BES enabled? If you do they should have sent you a password the enterprise activation...

I have briefly scanned the 1and1.com site and I DO NOT see where they offer Blackberry Enterprise with their Exchange hosting. You maust have the total package to get full wireless sync.
