Default Unlocked 8700C, T-Mobile Service, How would I "T-Mobile" it? - 11-02-2006, 02:30 AM

To make things short, I purchased an unlocked Cingular Blackberry 8700C. I'm online and everything with it receiving emails also.

How would I get it to look like the T-Mobile version as far as the interface and everything.

I've dude research and tried the *.alx thing but its still Cingular themed.

All help is a appreciated, thanks in advance.

go to settings-then options-then theme, and choose a different theme, dimension icon for example.

The splash screen when you start the BB will always remain Cingular.

The available themes are going to be the ones that are loaded so, yes, the Cingular theme will still be there. And, as NJBlackberry said, the splash screens cannot be changed.

Does it really need to look totally like a TMO 8700? Because you're not going to be able to remove the Cingular logo off the face either...
