Default Picture transfer from "Pictures" - 11-03-2006, 08:27 PM

Ok, So... i cruised the board a little and did some research but still can't find my answer.. so here goes;

I was surfing the web with the berry... found a really cool picture and saved it... its now viewable in Pictures (the program)

Its 190k which means I cant send it to others (15k max) using berry messager...and an email attachment is apparently out of the question (i'm a new berry user)...

so... I got the phone, a USB cable, the sync software... and apparently NO way to get the picture off the phone...

PS- downloading the picture from the internet again is not an option. Picture is no longer on the website.

-Help

PPS, Verizon 8703e.. no MMS texting.

There are 3rd party picture programs that might allow it. Try a search for "Picture transfer to PC".

When OS 4.2 comes out (remains to be seen as to when), it will allow for Picture transference between your handheld and a PC. If you can be patient, that will probably be your best option. Hopefully, we'll see the release before the end of the year.

Depending on when you got the picture did you see if google had a cache of the site? Might still be there since they don't update every day.

From google it's:

cache:url of site

That will bring up the cache that they have on their servers.

Worth a shot

good suggestion...

but no luck.

I downloaded the 4.2 desktop software and device manager... but no OS...

They release the other software BEFORE the OS?!

I can see the Media Manager option but it wont work (until 4.2 comes out.)
