Default 8707 Missed Calls - Help - 11-07-2006, 03:09 PM

Hi
got a blackberry 8707, if i have a missed call is there a way to find out what time and when the call was missed?
Occasionally i have 2 missed calls, pressing the green answer button shows me one number called but no info on what time and what the other number was. is there a call log? i can't find one.
thanks

peter

there is a full call log including, if you go to messages and press alt then p it will bring it up

on the other hand, if you get multiple calls from the same person, when you click the green button select their name, and then click the trackwheel, there is an option for "view contact history" or something along those lines, that will show your call log just for that specific contact including times

another way if this is important to you is you can make a message appear in your inbox for every single call/missed call

Great
alt "p" in messages works great, now i know who called and when.

what is the process to get a missed call message in the inbox?

go to the phone portion of the bb, click trackwheel and go into options, then under call logging you get a choice to "show these call log types in message list" and you can choose all calls, missed calls, or none

Try changing the option in the phone settings "Auto End Calls" & "Auto Answer Calls" to "Never".

The magnet in some cases auto-ends the call before you've managed to get your BB out of your case.

Worked for me.

Pete.
