Default Password Keeper - 11-08-2006, 02:06 PM

I have a brand new 8703e (actually a couple weeks old) I opened the password keeper for the first time and it says their is a passcode in their from 6/20/2006??? and will not allow me to access the program. Did they send me a used phone...wait they were not even out then

After 10 unsuccessful attempts, the PW Keeper should wipe all of the password info stored in it, and reset itself to the 'unused' state where you can create a new password and input your data.

btw, there is already a thread about this.

tried that no luck. It just let's me enter and enter wrong numbers

maybe delete and reinstall the program as it should remove the info after 10 attempts.
