Default Verizon 8703e as modem help - 11-22-2006, 10:13 PM

I am trying to use VZAcess to use my 8703e as a modem. I configured a dial up account and it detects the phone as a modem. But it says invalid username and password. VZW documantation and website is no help. Anyone know what the username and passwword would be?

I'm not a Verizon expert or customer but follow this link to see if it helps you further:

Verizon Wireless BBA – Wireless Broadband Internet Phone Service PC to Cell Phone Internet Access Provider

Product Demo

The last link take a look at Setting up your VZAccess Connection.

Verizon requires you pay $15 to activate the modem pass thru feature. You can't make/receive calls at the same time either.

I'm pretty sure it's an additional $15 per month.

I'm absolutely sure it's $15/mo. I have it on mine.

Yeah I activated it the other day. 15 a month. VZAccess wont work without it so that explains your problems.
