I used the Jabra 250 BT headphone with the Nextel 7250 and the 7100i. I had good reception. I am now using the Sprint 8703e and get a lot of static with the headphone--enough that it is basically unusable. If I turn off the jabra and just hold the blackberry to my ear the reception is clear. But use the earphone on the same call and it is full of static. I need advice. Thank you. Steve

Probably a bad BT... The Jabra 250 is usually pretty rock solid but it sound like it's busted...

Actually, I found the same thing. The BT 250v was an awesome headset for me on every other phone (including my crappy Treo) but with the Blackberry it has tons of static on my end. It sounds fine to people on the other end. I tried multiple Blackberry's and multiple BT 250's and they all did the same thing.

It's too bad cause that headset rocked hands down.

I assume it has something to do with the Blackberry, since it works great on every other phone I tried it with.

If anyone has any great ideas, feel free to share.

Note: It's actually more like distorition when people talk as opposed to static all the time,.
