Question bb corrector HELP - 11-25-2006, 05:21 PM

I just downloaded bbcorrector. The icon is on my screen but its not correcting my spelling. When I click on the icon it has a place for a url and username/password. Where do I get these or are the necessary? It also has disable MDS proxy, use google spellchecker and auto advance to next item. Do any of the three need to be checked. Thanks.

There are several threads with BBCorrector settings listed. Basic instructions are: you can leave the URL, user name and password blank. You should insert en in the language line (for english), and check all three boxes.

Assuming your apn access is working and set up correctly, BBCorrector will give you an option to spell check outgoing emails, and edited notes. I have not found the "spelling" option available in any other applications.

If your apn access is not set up, then you will get an error message when you try to check the spelling of a document.

Good luck.
