I get alot of emails throughout the day.

Ive read up on Level 1 messages coming in as a different color and notification. Maybe I'm missing this, but where can you setup level 1 messages?

If you are using BIS, you can set up filters to mark messages as Level 1 on the BIS website.

BES or BIS?

I'm on the BES. But I have personal accounts setup through the BIS. Do they come as a different color? I though I read something like that

Is that an option I can change in the 8700?

I don't think you can change the color of them no....

What OS are you using? Mine come as normal color oin the 8700

lets back up...this brings up a good point..... I am totall confused what a level 1 message is as opposed to a regular message.

Level 1 is a tag that is applies to messages that meet certain criteria that you establish. For example, you can create a filter through BIS that tags all emails from your wife/boss/mom or whomever as level 1 messages. On my 7130c, the level 1 messages are shown in bold; apparently on other devices they show in red.
In profiles, you can set up a different ringtone/notifier for level 1 messages.

Mine show up as a regular font/color. Anyone else using an 8700 and getting a different font (Bold?) or color?
