New to this forum so apologies if this thread is in the wrong place...

Basically I have an 8700g and am using it on Vodafone with our corporate BES server. I have also configured a webmail account which Vodafone provisioned for me which works great (and appears as a separate inbox) - however, for some reason the internet mail also appears in my exchange mail inbox which is irritating. I am aware that it should be kept separate as I have seen it working first hand (on 02) so I’m not sure if I have a software issue or whether it is just an issue on Vodafone?

It's a software issue. I'm not sure if the O2 theme is sufficient or if you need the O2 OS.

I actually have the O2 theme and have tried it (with the same result i.e. not separating the email). I managed to force the theme by upgrading the software as below;

This also gives me the Zen theme which I have chosen - this is also the theme that I saw on the 02 phone (which was working fine) and this problem did not occur so I'm REALLY confused! I can’t really see how it could work on 02 but not on Vodafone with the exactly same theme?
