Default Personal Email Set Up? - 01-25-2007, 11:48 PM

I was given a Blackberry 8700c from my boss because he just got the 8100c. And I am now trying to create a new account it keeps saying "An acount already exists for this PIN!" so basically what I'm asking is how do I get a new PIN?

In order to get a new PIN, you have to contact the carrier.

I assume you are on BIS.

You don't get a new PIN. PINs are specific to each BB.

You need to have your boss call the carrier and delete his BIS account and release the IMEI and PIN so you can set up your own BIS account.

Or have him transfer his BIS account to the Pearl (which is what he should have done) if he hasn't already created a new BIS account for the Pearl.
