Angry Vista blue screen everytime I query my 8707g - 02-16-2007, 10:53 AM
Hi,
I just installed Vista on my laptop 2 days ago. I also loaded Blackberry Desktop software v4.2 SP1. I have been trying to configure my BB as modem dial up. Everytime I tried to quey my BB 8707g from phone and modem options. My Vista always blue screen EVERYTIME I do that. I tried to uninstall and reinstall blackberry desktop software v.4.2.1 - didn't help. :(

Anyone has any idea?

I'm running Vista Ultimate and installed BB 4.2 SP1 and I get a blue screen everytime I try to sync. When I just plug it up to sharge via USB all is fine, when I sync, immediate blue screen. sigh

Have you guys tried to uninstall and install the USB drivers ?

works flawlessly on 8700g + vista ultimate

Is it supported? There are some problems based on the various web sites
