I have a user in our Hong Kong office who will accept a meeting on his workstation. The meeting will be for 3. When he goes into his blackberry it's set for 12:00.

He has checked his date/time settings and everything is fine. What would cause this type of an issue.

Is the time zone on the device/server/pc set correctly?

All three, the Server, the PC, and the device are set to the same time zone.

I am having somewhat of a similar issue. The user sets a new event in the calendar and when displayed in Outlook it is moved ahead an hour. After applying the tzmove patch for outlook it corrects the error, but if another new event is added it moves it ahead again. any thoughts ?

Turns out that the issue was the timezone setting it was set for Pacific +8 hours. We changed it to -8 hours and everything was fine.
