i have a 8703e phone with sprint my track wheel broke down and they send me a new phone is there any way to switch everything on my new phone including email,SMS,call log

then dl back up file to new bb

when i back up my old device can can i download that backup to a new device with a different pin ?

also can i use my existing sync software my new BB ?

should be able to....pin is not an issue

Yes, you can restore the backup made to any BB. Any 3rd party apps won't be restored, however.
