Default Damaged 8703e being replaced, what now? - 05-18-2007, 09:34 AM

My 8703e is being replaced for a cracked LCD which has rendered it inoperable. I was wondering what procedure I follow to get my replacement phone up and running?

I currently use EMM to sync OTA between my desktop Outlook and my phone. How do I activate the replacement phone and get all my data transferred to the new handheld?

I've done a search in this forum but no luck...

Thanks in advance.
