I was exploring the option of using a hosted BES for my 8703e, has anyone used ICEmail and if so, how good are they?

I haven't used that BES service but I have used ExchangeMyMail, and HIGHLY recommend them. Their setup is easy, and the customer service is excellent.

I use EMM also, and I think they're great! They're very helpful on the phone, and their service is well worth the $20 or so that I pay for it.

I haven't used ICEMail either but I have tried both EMM and TheMessageCenter. I found TheMessageCenter to be a little quicker and easier to setup, and there was no setup fees for them. As long as the service is reliable, sets up easily, and has someone to answer your questions when things go wrong, you should be fine.

Also using TheMessagecenter and everything has been great so far

Using a BlackBerry 8800 with http://www.TheMessagecenter.com as my BES.
