Came across yet another version that's been released.

BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.2.1.144 (Multilanguage)

Package Version: 4.2.1.144
Consisting of:

* Applications: 4.2.1.93
* Software Platform: 2.3.0.77
* File name: 8700M_PBr4.2.1_rel144_PL2.3.0.77_A4.2.1.93_Hutch.e xe
* File size: 61.77MB

4.2 OS are coming out like crazy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, we waited so long........

Highest version known is 4.2.1.94.
I think from now on we should just have the actual new versions posted
