We have a several Blackberry phones set up with exchange and BES and emails are received properly. We do not receive emails on the Blackberry that are sent to distribution groups. What needs to be done so we can have our user get the emails on their Blackberry from distribution groups? Is it possible?

You need to check the filters in your messages options. Chances are there is a Default filter setup that only receives messages sent "TO ME", so if CC and BCC are checked then chances are you will not be receiving distribution group emails. I've had this happen to me. Clear/delete all the default filters and they should begin to receive the distribution group emails on their device(s).
