I have also installed this version but not sure if its my phone or a bug but i am not getting voicemail notifications on the phone.

anyone else have this problem?

I got this version of 8707 but there are many problems. The performance is reduce significant.

Any advice?

I notice the performance drop also. No solution, just hoping for an update soon that will speed it up again.

There is an updated 4.2 version at Optus which is better with performance.

the phonebook issue. I stored the phone number with the format +<country code><area code><number> (eg: +84909381111) for convenience while travel arround.
In my country, I receive call with 0<area code><number> (eg. 0909381111) so the phonebook doesn't display the stored name. it get me in trouble.
I didn't got this issue with ver 4.1

I store all my phonenumbers in internation format also, and receive calls in local format. CallerID works fine, I don't have the problem you describe.
